Starting without pressure

Booking a first therapy or integrative health appointment can feel vulnerable. You do not need a rehearsed speech or a neatly organized binder of records to begin. The purpose of the initial intake is simply to understand what you are experiencing now and whether our clinical approach feels like the right fit.

Three questions we explore together

First, what brought you here at this particular moment? Second, how are your daily foundations — sleep, energy, boundaries and support systems — holding up? Third, what would a meaningful, realistic improvement look like over the next eight to twelve weeks?
